To access the HTML code for the Customer Certified Medal simply log in the merchant site at http://merchant.shopzilla.com and proceed to the “Customer Feedback &amp; Ratings” tab and click on “Customer Certified Medal”. Once on the Customer Certified Medal page, if the medal is not displayed it means you are not currently Customer Certified. To qualify for Customer Certified status you must meet the following qualifications:

•	Actively serve the Point-Of-Sale survey.
•	Have 20 fulfillment surveys during the past 90 days
•	Maintain scores of at least 6.0 on the following 5 ratings metrics:
