Getting started with Bizrate’s surveys and feedback tools is easy, as evidenced by the thousands of retailers (both big and small) who use the surveys every day. We make it easy because retailers often have limited resources, limited time, and can have a complicated website – so we have kept it simple.

There are a few basic steps for the Buyers Survey implementation:

1. Open an account with us – or use your existing account
2. Get your unique MID (merchant identification number)
3. Upload two logos for the best survey response rate
4. Get the Buyers Survey code
5. Replace “[MID]” with your unique MID in our codes
6. Copy/paste the code with your unique MID onto your order confirmation page
7. Tell us about it – so that we can make sure that you get all available free reports

There are optional settings for your consideration, but using just the above will start the flow of actionable feedback from your customers and provide added exposure of your site on some of the biggest comparison shopping engines on the internet.
