As one of the leading sources of verified seller ratings and customer-generated reviews, we collect more than 25 million surveys from retailers each year. This data is available to Bizrate partners through VitalSigns reporting so they can optimize their process and provide exceptional customer experiences.
At the close of the calendar year, we analyze the customer feedback to identify and honor the retailers in our network with exceptional customer satisfaction scores. To be considered for the award, a retailer must have significantly higher than average scores across eight satisfaction indicator categories including:
Point-of-Sale Metrics
Fulfillment Metrics
These metrics cover the essential shopping touchpoints and are entirely based on feedback from verified customers. These satisfaction scores accurately represent a brand’s dedication to excellence because the ratings come directly from their customers, we simply calculate the data. This is why we say that retailers earn the award, versus it being given to them.
We highlight brands that deliver a best-in-class customer experience so that online shoppers can make informed decisions. When a consumer sees the Circle of Excellence badge on a website, they know they are shopping with a retailer that is dedicated to stellar customer satisfaction.
