No, both the Buyer and Site Abandonment survey codes are easy to copy and paste to your site in order to get started, though the pages may vary. Our surveys can also be integrated directly from the Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento platforms.

No, it doesn’t. Bizrate Insights is a fully managed service, so we handle the hard stuff for you. The survey is fully templated, meaning you don’t need to write your own survey questions. Plus, if you want to add custom questions specific to your business, our Client Experience Managers can help you craft them to get the most actionable results.

Our easy-to-use dashboards are designed with business users in mind, so you don’t need a team of analysts to understand your results and make informed decisions.

VitalMail can send a daily digest to your inbox — placing the data directly at your fingertips.

There are 2 criteria that must be met:

  1. We require a minimum of 10 fulfillment surveys in the last 90 days to activate the internal Bizrate Insights seller ratings page, which establishes the review feed to Google.

  2. Once this feed is established, Google requires a minimum of 100 customer reviews with an overall satisfaction score and a comment to display a merchant’s seller rating and reviews.

Getting started is easy — you just need to register your site here and send along logos that meet our criteria. Once you’ve registered, we’ll create your survey code, and from there, all you’ll need to do is copy and paste the code on to your order confirmation page or enable the Bizrate Insights tag in your tag manager.

You may need an engineer if you are passing in data, but the code can quickly be updated to include this feature.
